As you may have heard, Regent College has sold its parking lot to Polygon Homes. Over the next several years, Polygon will construct a tower with housing in the old parking lot. As a result, the parking lot will no longer be accessible beginning January 3, 2025. Customers are encouraged to find parking along Western Parkway or at University Village; both have rates of $1.75 per half-hour, $3.50 per hour. Regent is also conveniently accessible by bus.
